Uma leads the company’s construction projects and strategic growth initiatives. Her role includes overseeing project planning, ensuring quality and compliance, managing budgets and resources, and driving operational efficiency.

Before co-founding Boulder, Uma oversaw the disposition process of a 90-hotel portfolio and underwrote deals at
NewcrestImage. In her earlier position at Apollo Global in real estate debt, she contributed to originating over $1 billion of capital across diverse asset classes.

Uma earned her bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Uma is an avid outdoor enthusiast, particularly enjoying skiing and hiking. She maintains an active lifestyle as an F45 enthusiast.
